Qk so answer this what size are the caps on ither side of the air tube and the smaller tube below it I've been trying to get then unscrewed but can't get enough leverage with a adjustable wrench to check the O-rings I'm thinking if I had the exact size wrench it would work don't want to scratch or damage the nuts

Yes sir the PCP world revolves around orings! Think the hardness rating is called Durometer 🤔 Many kinds of synthetic materials too that have different ratings! Good video though 👍

Problem with the orings are they are size spacific and they are worth more than the gun by the time you have them shipped to you in canada from us or uk as in canada we cant get anything that fits as specialy metric and 90 dura

I have a Beeman commander that was leaking I thought it was coming from the air pressure gauge and tried replacing it even after I couldn't hear air and saw it finally come up to pressure I still was loosing some air I finally had to send it back to Beeman because Pyramyd air said it was to old for them to fix just bought it 6 months ago anyway the guy at Beeman said he could repair it and there would be no charge Hell I would have paid if I had to I just wanted my gun to work I couldn't even find a Schematics for my gun thanks moos for another great video

Thank you sir for this video and excellent information on O-rings. Been waiting so long for help with these little buggers. My nova Vista Liberty has had issues of air coming back out thru the fill probe and it’s just a ball and spring pushing against an o-ring. The original seal wasn’t an O-Ring but a kit I purchased for the gun from Captain O-Ring only supplied an o-ring but it isn’t a perfect seal and over the course of a week will drop 1000 psi. The gun shoots so darn good and I just want it right. The original seal was some type of plastic and just wore out. Can’t find it anywhere.

Man i love my nova liberty or liberty nova whichever it is lol mine is leaking at the valve seat, it has the inferior valve material valve in it, i have been meaning to order the 5/16" (i think) delrin rod and make a new one, but as of now if i air it up it takes about 3 days to loose 1000 psi so i just shoot it as is, take care.

Thank you for the video I picked up a aea Zeus Shirley new in the box three digit serial number it's old I got to figure out where to get the complete gold ring kit going to have to get me another set of Mike's it reads mm also have a good shooting day Bang Bang🎉😊

I have a few home defense air pistol, If once u take it out box, use pel gun or silicone oil on it and text fire it then put it away for 10 years in a controlled temperature room, will seals go bad?

@@abitoutside there is a few channels out there that say once u shot it depending on thickness and quality of o rings that's they may go bad regardless but I think that's kinda wrong if u don't shoot it much after and store it, but if u never use oils, I can see that, but if I paid 500 for a burns le and test it and stored it and seals go bad that easily I would never buy a air gun, Co2 or nitrogen, Thanks!

where can i get an assortment with the actual sizes we use in our airguns oh and the harbor freight metric set is actually standard sized orings not metric and the sizes on the metric are not exact just close

Actually they sell both standard and metric and the metrics do mic out to the size they claim.. obviously not to the .001
