Well syvlie's powers are all tied to sleeping and dreams (epithets are versatile like that, in that they seem to cover powers derived from any and all ways of interpreting a word), so his beefton form does not necessarily have to be a nightmare he hates, and more likely to be something he dreams of being in some way. Plus when you think of it, his powers probably work by summoning nightmares against his enemies and dreams to buff/support himself and his allies.

I'd like to raise the possibility that Indus has average intelligence but low wisdom, which would explain how he is so dumb despite (apparently) being a good academic teacher. He knows how to do difficult things, but fails at his life choices as he lack wisdom to correctly interpret the world around him, being single focused on few aspect of life around him.

Which may seem like a joke at her getting a migraine at Indus' annoyance. Given that her Epithet is hurting her, it makes sense why she would take medicine for pain, including headaches. -Indus' barriers have only been destroyed by one thing throughout the season so far, and that was when they duo attacked to make the Scattergun technique. It wouldn't be surprising that that's how she probably initially defeated Indus: She's the only one who could destroy his barriers. -While she was scavenging for the amulet, she bumped her toe, breaking it. She broke something by a small injury, which is due to her Epithet is making her fragile. -Mera can be a derivative of "mirror," while Salamin literally means "mirror" in Tagalog. Mirrors are one of the most easiest things to break, and at the end Mera can be seen raising broken shards of glass from the floor. So in a sense, Mera's name is quite literally "mirror mirror." Honestly, one of the genius of Epithet Erased is purposely setting up and foreshadowing certain aspects and events that's to come.

The reason for the book is because it would be way too expensive to make it animated like every character vector was I think 30-40 dollars and with new/more characters in new poses well you can do the math, plus add in voice actors, animators, production etc.
