Airoli Katai Freeway Latest Progress| Airoli Katai Naka Freeway Update June 2024
Currently, Phase 2 of the Airoli Elevated roadway construction is in progress.
J Kumar Infraprojects is developing this phase of the project which is a contract of Rs 275.90 crore that was granted in October 2018.
The residents of Kalyan-Shil Road, Dombivli East, and Navi Mumbai will experience a significant change as a result of the Airoli Katai Naka freeway Road.
People living in a nearby township project and the residential area will profit most from this project.
The demand for flats in Airoli will also rise due to the smooth connectivity option.
The travel time for the hundreds or thousands of commuters that use this route every day is decreased by 30% to 40%.
Additionally, the tunnel route gives them quick and simple access to the industrial areas of Bhiwandi and Badlapur.
Also, it provides easy access by road to Mulund as well as other Mumbai suburbs in the city centre.
To get to Shilphata today from Airoli and Mumbai, you must travel all the way over Parsik Hill and via busy neighbourhoods like Mahape or Mumbra.

As you travel directly from Airoli to the Airoli Katai tunnel road, you can avoid Mahape and be at the Kalyan-Shil road in around 20 minutes.
The work of Phase 1 and 2 of the project is being done rapidly but the work of Phase 3 of the project has not started yet.And work in some sections is incomplete for a long time
