今回はアイロンストーブ作ってみました。
カッコいいと思ってたけど
買うには高すぎるんで作ってみようかとw
1番苦労したのはバーナー部分で
芯が上手く上下せず苦労しました。
ほぼ全てのパーツ作ったけど
どの部位も何度か作り直してるから
かなり時間かかってしまいました。
形は完成したけど炎が安定しません。
加工が悪いのもあるから
また直して安定するまで手を加えます。
窓のガラスは火入れ5分で割れたから
アクリル板を代わりに付けてます。
多少歪むけど割れないから今のところ何とかなってます。
フォロワーさん曰く本来は雲母を使うらしいので交換するつもりです。
材料は持ってるのでなるばく作ってます。
買ったのはタンクに使ったダッチオーブンと
替え芯、銅板、真鍮棒
鉄は全て端材です。
安く済ませた分クオリティーは低いです。
見た目はそれっぽく見えてますけどねw
これが作れたらランタンも作れそうなので
時間できたら作ってみたいです。

Sir, you are a true craftsman. I have no words for your level of perfection!. Before I retired to the Republic of the Philippines Islands, I lived in northern New England in the US. We used to call these kerosene stoves "LAMP STOVES." I had assembled a collection of them from country auctions, yard sales, and flea markets. I had one, two, and three burner stoves. One of my prize stoves had the original cast iron removable cooktop. I never did find one made of brass but my neighbor owned one. The brass lamp stoves are extremely rare. Your video brought a happy memory to me and put a huge smile on my face. May you enjoy your creation for many years.

Thank you for watching. I've never seen the real thing, so I looked at the pictures and made it based on my imagination. In the US, it's called a lamp stove. In Japan, it is called an iron stove. Even in Japan, it can only be purchased at auctions and flea markets, and the prices are soaring, so I decided to make it. I'm happy to be recognized by people who know the real thing. thank you very much.

こてつさん、おおきに😁 これ作ろうと思う人おらんわな🤣 現物を見た事ないから画像を頼りに同じ構造になれば良いと思って作ってます。ランタンは構造自体は単純やから作れるかと思いましてね😆 直すとこは限られてるから簡単なんやけど果たしてそれで思うよな火が灯るかですね🔥

自分で作るにしても、あれだけの技術がないとかなり無理なので、製作者の技能の高さに感嘆されっぱなしでした。前後左右、ピタッとサイズが合うパーツを作れることが本当にすごいです！

こういうお仕事のプロの方なんですか？たまたまアイロンストーブ調べてたら出てきて……なんで自分で作れちゃうんだろ😮ってびっくりして観てましたw 作ってる工程見てたら「この人のは手作りだけど、手作りじゃなくてもそりゃアイロンストーブ高いわなぁ」って思いました😅 凄い技術です❤

@@suzu_mari1983 全くの素人ですよ。画像見てこんな構造かと作ってみました。実物は見た事ありません😁 今は色んなメーカーが出し始めたから少しは値段下がったけど本場のアイロンストーブは中古でしか入手出来ませんが高いですね。

ありがとうございます！鉄板溶接するかアルミ鋳造で作ろうかと思ってたんですがこのダッチオープン安かったんで代用しました👍 まだまだ作り直したい部分はありますけど初号機としてはこんなもんです😁

アイロンストーブの仕組みが知りたかったので嬉しかったです。今、アルパカより一回り小さいストーブを自作中ですが、毎度毎度　回すと片側にひっぱられて火力上げのまわしがスムーズにいかなくて。なるほど、車輪をたくさん配置することで、分散されつつ芯あげにもなるという・・めちゃくちゃ参考になりました。耐熱ガラスは、特売時や、リサイクルショップとかのオーブントースターとかのガラスを失敬すると、通常の値段より安くあがりますよ😊

ありがとうございます。アイロンストーブは実物も見た事がないしこんなの作成してる動画もないので全て自分で考えて作りました。こんな構造かな？って感じでつくってるので正しいのかどうかわかりません。耐熱ガラスはこの大きさで良ければダイソーの¥150のグラタン皿で代用出来ます。よろしければ私の新しい動画で薪ストーブ作ってるんでしが耐熱ガラスはダイソーのグラタン皿を切って使ってます。トースターは家の古いから狙ってたんですが嫁が捨ててしまったんです😩

以前、薪ストーブも作ってるんですが、耐熱ガラスは廃棄のとこから許可もらって、作ったことがあります。なんでこう耐熱ガラスって高いんでしょうねW 蓋の固定で、あえてネジ回しの部分を作ってネジを通すという、目からウロコ発想にも脱帽しました。無いなら作る。最高😊 ここまで凝る方なら、ハンダじゃなくて溶接とかを好むのかと思いました。私はハンダ派ですけどWW 火力上げしてもすすのでない方法、模索したくなりました。一旦、ミニアルパカもどきストップして、アイロン作ろうかしらWW

While I commend you on your machining skills, to go to all the trouble of recreating 1885 technology in a Lamp Stove, if you had reworked the air bleed holes and the chimney to create an improved version that doesn't smoke or blacken the pots, now that would have been really impressive! And as a side benefit, the heat output would have increased dramatically by about 30%. An open stainless steel 1qt pot with a quart of water in it will not boil, only reaching a temperature of 204F. It takes a two burner lamp stove to boil water with the open stainless steel 1qt pot. Yellow flames are generally relegated to lighting while Blue Flames are generally used for cooking due to the increased heat output. Some explanation here: You light the wick and it starts to burn. The initial heat from the burning wick quickly evaporates (gasifies) the Kerosene the wick has carried up from the Fount below due to capillary action. Kerosene gasifies in the 120 - 140°F range so it quickly turns from a non-flammable liquid to a flammable gas. Because heat rises from the initial flame, fresh air is drawn into the burner from the air bleed holes below the burner, mixing with the gasified Kerosene. This mixture is highly combustible and it begins to burn with a Yellow Flame. From here, one of two things will happen. 1. The flame will continue to be a Yellow Flame or 2. The Yellow Flame will transform into a Blue Flame. The flow or “draw” of the air into the burner, its direction and whether it mixes with the gasified Kerosene, will determine whether you ultimately end up with a Yellow or Blue Flame. Yellow Flame is a so called diffusion flame. Fuel is on one side of the reaction zone and oxygen is on the other side. There is then an area on the fuel side of the flame where there is fuel that is gasified with no O2. This area is at a high temperature and the heat causes the Kerosene gas molecules to crack and Polymerize (small molecules forming larger molecules). Two types of molecules are formed. One, are light molecules that are burned away and then you have the heavy molecules made up of carbon soot. The carbon molecules move upward to the outer edge of the flame where there is Oxygen available. There the carbon molecules, are heated to a high temperature, glowing a bright yellow (incandescence) as they are burned, giving us the familiar yellow light. A Blue Flame is a pre-mixed flame, consisting of, in this case, gasified Kerosene and air. In a so-called “Reversed Flame Principle” burner, where the air velocity of the draw matches the gasified Kerosene velocity and is mixed together in roughly equal proportions, you will get a Blue Flame. Until the draw gets flowing, all you will obtain is a Yellow Flame that as soon as the draw matches the fuel, the flame’s color changes to Blue, the flame’s base cools down and the “cracking” stops. Why? The interesting thing about a Blue Flame is the base of the flame is actually cooler than a Yellow Flame, by hundreds of degrees. And you get the Blue Flame color because of excited molecular radicals in the flame, which mostly emit their light in the blue spectrum. The Blue Flame gets its intense heat from the tip of the flame.

@@suryamarga4586 There would have to have an air diffuser installed to create the equal mix of air and kerosene gas. An example would be any blue flame kerosene heater.

Nee günstiger nicht. Das Material ist preiswert. In Handarbeit ist es Zeit die investiert wird. Wobei die gekauften gegossen werden. Da ist dann beim Zusammenbau nicht mehr soviel zu machen.

素晴らしい❗売れるレベルです❗ 技術は後から付いて来るとして発想が凄い。いや技術が上がるからより発想が豊かになるのか？😮 火口と五徳を繋いだ長ボルトがカワサキW3のプッシュロッドを連想させます。👍 タンクの液体ガスケットですがそこら辺に売ってるシリコンコーキングで代用出来ます。昔エンジン何機も組ましたが全然問題無かったです。 ( ^-^)ノ♪
