Wooow, I was going crazy cos I couldn’t justify why paying more for a top line earbuds would still result in my AirPods literally having zero volume after not so long. Watched this video and I’m happy to say two years later and you’re still helping people with this info 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

My method: 1.water + qtip 2. Soft clean 3. Suck on front speaker 4. blow on back/top speaker (repeat for a good amount of time until noticeable change in sound) 5. It isn’t perfect but they are actually useable now. Thank you kind internet stranger

THIS LITERALLY SAVED MY LIFE 🤍 at first i didn’t understand the blowing thing cuz i could not blow through the speakers at all but i added rubbing alcohol to a q tip and swirled it around the speaker and then blew super hars and I actually heard it crack open

I was legit gonna go get mine replaced cuz it was still in the warranty period but damn! The rubbing alcohol (I was in a train when I did it so I used hand sanitiser on a tissue) but it worked wonders man. Thanks for the tip! I was trying all the techniques. Didnt do much for me. I ended up using an air duster can with a skinny and long straw attached to it and cleared it right up for me. Back to normal now

Could you make a part two? I’ve had my AirPods for about a year and a half and all the sudden the audio started to only play on the outer speakers of both AirPods and I don’t know how to fix it and none of these methods worked.

It worked!!! I had to do it several times but now my right AirPods sounds as good as the left! I was worried about putting alcohol in the AirPod but I found sucking & wiping it off worked for me. Thanks for the tip!

IT WORKED! I used soap and a bit of water on a paper towel because i couldn't find rubbing alcohol but it worked wonders

Holy it worked the ear wax nearly blended in the AirPod grille so I got a cotton swab and rubbed hand sanitizer on it because I did not have rubbing alcohol and surprisingly fly it worked thnx bro

I do a ton of cardio and NEED my music to be able to do it. I think it’s sweat honestly and water damage since I’m OCD about my hygiene. I’m using Qtips daily so I tried both methods and they’ve definitely improved! Thank you kind sir

its still not working for me, the front speaker is probably out. it sounds like it's coming from a outside speaker

Thnx a lot.. i was keep cleaning my airpods grills etc.. but was not helping to improve the volume… finally sucking on grill helped.. all you have to do is.. just put some cloth on airpod grill and keep sucking for 5-10 times.. and keep changing the cloth area and repeat this few times.. after sometime u will realise that air starts flowing easily that means grill is fully unblocked from inside… also blow air from other side of the grills.. this process has helped me restore full volume on my 1+ yr airpods.. njoy listening ..

Can confirm if you try sucking from the front and air can't pass through then blow on it from the back and clean it with the tip and try sucking again. Once air can come through with ease, you're golden. Gen 3 airpods btw
