This video helped a LOT because I’m currently thinking about buying AirPods and I keep seeing the 1st and 2nd generation but I didn’t know the difference. Today I found out they are EXACTLY the same but the wireless charging is on the second generation. To me I don’t use or own a wireless charger and since the first generation is exactly the same and it’s cheaper I’m going with the first generation thank you for explaining the ‘difference.’

Best pods i have bought are ones from IPLAYPODS ,CO because they are same as apple ones. I got package with apple logo and papers with apple logo to for me thats awesome. My recommendation for them.

It's really amazing how Apple can just release pretty much the exact same product as before, give it a "new" name and charge $160.00 for it (or $200.00 for wireless charging). What's even more amazing though is that people will still buy it like crazy, so I can't really blame Apple for doing what they're doing.

Thanks for this as always. My 1st Gen Pods are pretty much dead or very close to it after just 2 years, I MIGHT get a 50min - 1 hour playback if I'm lucky. Even though I see a "sale" on the wireless today (May 2), no sound quality difference is a disappointment - but not shocking I suppose from Apple. Now dropping 230+ on these NC A.P. Pro's and still a concern about a meh battery life - and fully expecting those battery cells to die off in a few years doesn't make sense to me. At this point, If I drop 230-240, I'd rather have those nice over the ear true NC Sony's, maybe Bose and get 25-30 hours of playback. Heck, even if those lithium battery drops in a year or two, 12-15 hours of playback is still darn nice!

Paying all that money just for the iPhone and the air pods not to come with it 🤦🏾‍♂️

I got my pods at iplaypods,co and they are INSANE. I love them so much because of their quality. Sound and mic are awesome, noise cancellation is real. Everything is great. My recommendation.

The problem is they fall out of your ears and you don’t notice as that’s how our nerves work... and because they aren’t connected together you gotta buy a whole new pair.... and now you have an extra one sitting around..... and you lose the right one so now you have 2 left ones. And have to buy another pair... lose the other right one... and on and on....

I just bought the AirPods 2nd Generation . They were $159 , but with tax goes up to $175. Godness, hopefully I don’t lose them lol

jabra elite 65t has a small case and good battery life 5-6 hours plus 2 charges with the case. Also sounds good and sits really good in the ears. Also the active version has water proofing. Both versions has hear through function if used outside in traffic or something. Would recommend testing them out!! Otherwise love your vids ♥️♥️

My wife has gen 1 and I have gen 2 airpods. The gen2s are slightly bassier. It’s very slight but maybe it’s the way it utilizes the audio chip? Gen 2 processes low end better. I am using the same song on both, and it seems pretty obvious to her as well. Or, maybe the two year old drivers are tired on hers?
