I felt really bad about the ending! Especially after everything you had been through! I’ve also struggled quite a bit previously with dating and my change came with a change of mindset. During your date I was perceiving it as if you were treating her like you were lucky to be there, going out of you way to really impress her. You have to internally believe that you’re that catch and that she’ll need to impress you. You can accomplish this by teasing her and giving her a little shit if she says something weird or disqualifying yourself by saying something like “what you actually like that ice cream, I don’t think we can hang out anymore”. Take care of yourself!
