The MK18 Daniel Defense from ICS is the result of a collaboration between ICS and EMG (Evike Manufacturing Group), which holds the Daniel Defense license. This replica strongly resembles the CXP MARS 2 that I presented a few months ago, but this time with a realistic MK18 Daniel Defense appareance.
A beautiful replica with beautiful markings, which comes with the usual ICS refinements: "splitable" gear box which allows very easy and quick access to the pneumatic part of the gear box as well as very easy access to the hop up unit and the inner barrel, smart trigger system, spring pre-cocking system, spring release system... And very good performances out of the box.
However, you will not have access to some of the features available on other replicas in this price range, such as a stop shooting system at the end of the magazine, an electric recoil system, more sophisticated on-board electronics, functionnal charging handle/bolt catch...
