I put one of these in my APFG Rattler! It was quite a bit bigger, and the muzzle flash was more yellow than orange, but it was cool seeing smoke come out of the chamber when it was locked back.

i got one about a month ago and put it insider the same suppressor as the one you use in your (APFG MPX GBB Copperhead Upper) video. fits fine with a tiny spacer and works wonders.

Liquid is probably propylene glycol, you can get tons of it for dirt cheap. Or mix it 50-50 with vegetable glycerin to get thicker smoke. Both are used for vaping as well so they're safe to use.

@@HSHSPHyou need vegetable glycerin for thicker smoke. Though higher concentration of VG will make the liquid viscous thus making it harder for the cotton/wick inside to absorb the liquid so yeah I agree with 50/50 ratio

Be interesting to see how this effects accuracy and range? sure that will just be VG liquid and thats really sticky (as a vaper you know that film on your windscreen) thats VG. If that sticks to the bb it might effect flight maybe 🤷🏻‍♂️

Yeah im aware. They dont have the smoke function though. The smoke function will also work on hpa and aegs too.

They look exactly the same, exactly. I bought the one from SILO just waiting for it to be delivered. When it comes i'll compare it with this and if it comes with a Chinese instruction manual well, i'll be seeing

Well, suppressor are suppose to "suppress" muzzle flash as well as sound. There is not as much muzzle flash on a suppressor. That feels more unrealistic than anyhing else :/ But good product nonetheless.

Venturi effect pulls it out with the bb which is driven by the obvious volume of air propelling it

the point is to the person. In a real firearm the point being to delete recoil and make it as quiet as possible. The point in airsoft is to make it as loud as smokey and flash bangy as you can.

it's mimicking the hot gas not smoke, it's more or less visible under different light/weather conditions. It exists on real steel. The LEDs tho lol...

Modern guns use smokeless powder, they don’t smoke like this. This is honestly kind of a shitty gimmick. I get why people like it tho

On a real suppressed ar you get gas blowback. This is from the gas system venting gas via the charging handle into the users face. Some of those gasses will exit the mag well and some out the ejection port. Also from shooting suppressed, the trapped gasses will leave the barrel at a much slower rate which is exactly how a suppressor works so you may see sometimes a little bit of gas leaving the barrel after getting a load of shots off. Not to the same exaggeration as this smoke suppressor but it is purely form over function and who wouldn't find it cool seeing that on rhe field?
