how can we use this mode for a pt with seven ARDS for increased PAo2 and also decrease PCo2?

is APRV mode suitable for neonatal and infant respiration suffering from RDS/Pneumonia?

What would you consider high MAPs that would be uncomfortable? Do you think MAP of 50 to 55 is really high? I've heard it can get as high as 60 to 65.
