Dealer giving delivery of punch amt in nov 2023 but as per chasis….manufacturing is of june 2023. Whether it is okay to buy?

First directly reject that vehicle. I also offered August mfg tigor I rejected the vehicle and asked for latest mfg vehicle. Dont make any payment except booking amount before PDI. Check in KZfaq stock yard videos of Tata dealers! You will realise why you should not buy vehicle older than one month! If your delivery is in November or December don't hestiatate to ask discount since after a month make of vehicle will change from 2023-2024 !

No you should do PDI first because if the car is faulty the dealer will not return it or exchange it. Do PDI first and select your vehicle then do payment

most dealer wont allow to take it for test drive but drive in their yard only

You can't really figure it out by driving in the yard. You can demand a test ride outside the dealership. If the dealer denies don't purchase the vehicle.
