Actually, God wants and gives us the best. It's not actually good for one to think God doesn't want him or her to have the best of things. She's gonna have her own children and that's God's will for her. In all honesty I as a Christian, pray in faithfulness believing in my heart God is able and he does deliver whenever it seems problems arise. I believe she can't have a child while she's still in the warfront confronting BOKO HARAM as It's really gonna be a problem for her and the unborn child(ren).
