I was looking for a recipe because I was bored to death eating the same food every day in this lockdown. I am a vegetarian, so I will try this tomorrow. It is just I don't have curd, will do improvisation with tomatoes. Let's see how it turns out, will update you all for sure.

I made it..i added some fried prawns too.. and didnt have curd..so alternatively added tomatoes and vinegar and was totally delicious.. Thank u sooo much!

2 tsp oil 1 tsp garlic 1 tsp ginger 1 chopped onion. Saute for 3 min. 3 Potatoes sliced raw. Fry the potatoes till golden brown. 1tsp chilli powder 1/2tsp cumin powder 1tsp coriander powder 1tsp salt 1/2 tsp garam masala 1/4 tsp turmeric powder Mix well. 2tsp curd. 2 cup boiled rice. Mix well. Serve hot in the plate.

Good method. Aloo is preboiled or raw cut? U didn't mention this. Please clarify. But I suppose it must be half boiled??
