Hello! Why is this machine needed? Isn't it easier to just unsolder the microcircuits with a soldering gun?

Hi ! This tool is used to remove Chips from a donor MotherBoard to be able to solder chips from another phone (mostly used in Data recovery when iPhone MotherBoard is dead). Grinding is used instead of unsolder because there are many components closed to the chips, unsolder the chip would be too risky...
