1) Yes, Aizen is just that disrespectfully powerful. 2) Aizen couldn't just snatch Rukia. He needed the technique to extract the Hogyuka from her soul, and that was only available in the Central 46 Archives, which he gained access to after he killed Central 46. 3) You're read on Urahara is kinda right. Yes, he is always experimenting, but he does care about Ichigo and knew he would survive (which is why he sent Yoroichi to watch over him). He may be literally the last person in the universe you want to make an enemy of, but he isn't evil. Ironically, he was initially the main villain of the series, but Kubo decided that he liked the character model too much (and was concerned that he couldn't create a believable way for the heroes to beat him) and so he created Aizen as an evil version of Urahara.

23:08 So, it seems like it was misunderstood, but Aizen didn't know Rukia would be unharmed by the 2nd technique. He fully planned to evaporate her using the 1st method, but he had to go find the 2nd method to use just in case. It's why he was so surprised she was fine, and called it a "wonderful technique".

I think y’all are misunderstanding the Zanpakto which are unique to each individual person they start as regular swords but once you get on it essentially becomes part of you your soul manifested into a weapon you can’t take someone else’s and use it for yourself.

Well, Rukia really comited a crime by giving power to Ichigo The severity of it was the thing in question And most people on soul society tought that the Dead Penalty, even it being a posibility, was a little extreme for the situation But because Central 46 orders are absolute, they didnt want to contradict the law of their society They should have, even with out knowing that the system was being manipulated by Aizen

The craziest thing about Aizen here is that his attack on Ichigo was censored in the anime. In the manga he quite literally deleted Ichigo's stomach from his spine with the force of his strike.

I think aizen had to infultrate the 46 to learn the method to extract the Hogyoku, he did not know it before and the execution was the only method, he learned option 2 as a backup just in case

Regarding Byakuya's vow to his parents; I would say that it's not about whether his parents (or anyone else) would have held him to it. Byakuya seems to have his own high standard of honor that he holds himself to. He apparently sees making and keeping a vow as an inherent indication of how honorable and earnest one is, and maybe it has something to do with how he believes he should conduct himself, based on his position within a noble family, and within society. I'm sure you've seen that that kind of high standard of self-accountability does exist in certain cultures in real life. Heck, as a member of the US Air Force, I was taught that one of the Air Force's core cultural values is to act with integrity, even when you know that no one's around to watch you or hold you accountable. I see Byakuya's behavior as a matter of strongly enforced self-discipline, although possibly misguided, given his particular circumstances.

Rukia did comment a crime. Just because Ichigo got his own powers later doesn't negate what Rukia did. You'll find out why a Shinigami giving their powers to a human is a crime way, way, way, later on.

I think the hollow making hogeyoku what Mr hat and clogs put in Rukia must of poured a little bit into Ichigo when she ran through him with her sword to give him Soul Reaper Powers the first time added to his own power what he already had dormant in him. Hence the hollow inside him.

Just for the sake of clarity just in case... Up to the point where Rukia met Ichigo there was nothing weird going on... when she gave away her power... nothing weird there either... When she went to Urahara she asked for help while she recovered from giving away her power... there Urahara saw an opportunity... He gave her the special Gigai (fake body) which masked spiritual energy so that she couldn't be detected, she in that gigai would appear human... that gigai had the Hogyoku that Urahara created hidden within it... therefore rukia now had the Hogyoku inside of her... On top of that, the gigai also had the added property of not being able to "keep" spiritual energy within it... therefore no matter how much energy rukia's own soul recovered, it kept being dispersed again by the Gigai... Rukia was essentially given a bucket full of holes... no matter how much energy she restored/poured in, it kept falling through the holes so she never actually recovered and stayed hidden...

I've always been a fan of that trope in games where you run into the final boss early on and get your ass beat, to know what your end goal is and give you an emotional reason to fight that boss. I don't think Ichigo is a fan of that trope.
