I have played honkai impact, i am not that knowledgable about the lore. All ik is the characters are around multiversal. They can travel on the imaginary tree tho they can’t affect it. In HI3rd I agree most of characters are high hyper with Hilbert space theory and quantum mechanics from schrondinger tho some reach outer tier like Hofi , Kevin with AoF , Otto false god and HoO ( not sure ) all with the cocoon which can affect part of the tree which has aleph-2 numbers inside which means outer + lvl + all the others physics, mathematics law etc with it. Imo aeon could already scale higher like high hyper-low outer. That’s just my opinion tho.
