See old me at 343 pounds would’ve been offended by your comment…but current me (on my weightloss journey) understands that this lifestyle is literally not it…I’m so glad to be where I am now (almost down to 300 pounds I have 15 more pounds to go) and my overall goal weight is 180-200 so I have roughly over a hundred pounds to lose 😮‍💨💪🏾❤️ I do wish them the best and hope they begin to live a better lifestyle too

I mean NO harm in what I am about to say ....3 weeks ago at 355 Pounds I was taken to the hospital with fluid on my lungs and blood pressure through the roof by the grace and mercy of The Most High G-D I am here and I am only 52.. Congested heart failure now I am eating healthier and already have lost weight I feel better already...God bless you both I pray you just read my story and know it is out of love I am saying please for your health maybe make some more healthier choices..God bless you both much love

You may be okay right now...but how you gonna feel when the Dr start writing you scripts for high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes medicine?? Or if the doc say you can't conceive because you're too heavy. There are heavy pregnant women, some had no problem getting pregnant but what if you do, should you ever want to.
