Become stronger with these 4 bboy freezes.
Once learned, to try mixing them with your footwork, powermoves, and your bboy style!
Bringing you another Christmas Special
Day 7 of 25 🎄🎁
Leave me a comment on what you'd like to learn next!
If you are a new bboy or bgirl then do take your time learning these freezes, repeat every other day until you have them down comfortably, speed will come as a result of consistent practice and good form.
Bboys and Bgirls who practice flowing in and out of steps will learn to freestyle the transitions between footwork drills & directions. Finding it much easier to incorporate into your flow whilst looking smooth, clean, conditioned, punctuated, clear & mature. 💪

Sup peeps, I'm Bboy AJ-47, an original & senior member of the UK's best and most notorious Bboy crew, Soul Mavericks! 🇬🇧
I've put together B boying tutorials, Bboy workout and all sorts of "Bboy hacks & How To's" because I want to share all over the world the secrets and valuable Bboy training my crew was lucky enough to receive from our Mentor, DJ Renegade and Bboy Storm early on. 🌍
Bboy tutorials: What are they about?
I'll be covering Bboy Workout Conditioning & Strength exercises. Bboy Battle tips, effective Bboy training skills and of course, the fundamentals (B boying dance steps for beginners & advanced.) 💡
These can be in the forms of:
breakdance tutorials, demonstrations to help feed your creativity, Bboy fitness training in the forms of programming & structure or a "follow along!". 💪😅
Which type of tutorials do you prefer?
Let me know in the comments ✍🏼👇🏼
Best of luck!

Be advised:
As a Bboy or Bgirl, dancing in this style (Breakin’ / Breakdance) comfortably can take time, hard work and discipline. Harder moves should not be attempted until you master your ‘Basics’ in Toprock, Footwork & Freezes. Make sure you attempt these tutorials in an open space, I am not responsible for any acquired injuries, muscle soreness or any broken furniture. Please be aware of your surroundings and your body at all times. Should you require any further assistance you can email me about a working or private lessons.
Before you practice:
1. Get your heart rate up: Always take your time to warm up your entire body.
2. Mobilize your joints and muscles transitioning into a light stretch
3. Optional but recommended mild conditioning of the muscles surrounding the Wrists, Shoulders, Knee, Ankles, and most importantly, Core.

peace AJ, I took a long break from "recovery" injury. focused on house steps, neglected breaking unless i got down at clubs or to speak thru dance with other bboys.. now I'm near fully focused on training and conditioning. I say near because your videos sparked a lot of insight over the course of a week. watched your IG when you first started posting. and my issue now is mobility, watched the video. helped alot, but to train the lack of. need some advice or videos in detail. when it comes to muscle cramping (in glutes, thighs, for freezes) working on strengthening obliques or whats needed for consistent baby practice (turtle freeze) and really combating the cramps to further work towards mobility progress. would say wall assists are a good start to regain, i just can't jump back into it without pain or cramp setting in thus causing me to get impatient, stretch, workout reps, or something else. my bad for excessive word just wanna get in gear as the months pass into regaining what was once had. thanks for the videos and guidance all ready. heavily appreciated. and inspiring. i've been doing dumbbell workouts, deep stretches twice a day. (about 30min each) workouts 4x a week with rest days to get back into pace. lastly a big deal i've experienced is that when i go down for footwork these days and execute what i can. i almost always end up with a blister bubble. or skin burn under knuckles that sometimes break deep skin as if it's a crater. takes a month or so to heal and i don't enjoy the setback... what would you suggest to overcome this? i wear worker gloves with too much grip to practice these days, but i wanna get back to hands. unless at clubs, i'll glove. .. hope you can get back at your earliest convenience. trying to catch up for my own health and progress soon as possible but in proper pace. big thanks, and bless

Hey what's up, great video! Was wondering if you could create a video or share some content about self-care for bboys/bgirls. Some of us are getting a little older lol so we need to take better care of our bodies I.e. icing wrists, epsom salts baths, etc.

I like your videos they've helped improve my dancing a lot and my understanding of things much clearer. Do you think you could make a tutorial on how to do continuous head swipes I'm not sure how to do it and if my feet should touch the ground
