Hi Sir, Got to learn much from your videos. I am a bit new into financial analysis and have been studying DCF from past few days. I'm a bit stuck. If you can help that would be very kind When we do DCF suppose on excel I have made the assumptions on sales and profit data for next 15 years. And then I'm discounting FCF to today' value. For terminal value instead of Perpetuity method can I just take an assumed market cap of the company on a lower PE multiple on the 15th year and then discount it the present value? And then arrive at the final value by adding all 15 year present value of FCF and the present value of the exit market cap and then make an investment decision?
