Menasina kaayi slit maadikondu mehthya salt Mix maadikondu seeli da menasinakayi ge thumba beku anathara huli majjige ge haaki 2 to 3 days aada mele onagisabeku nantara 2 to 3 times modalu haakida huli majjige ge mathhe haaki ondu dina nenssi nantha beelige haaki. 3 times aada mele channagi besilalli onagisabeku.

Ingu, menthya, jeera with salt powder nalli mix madi, chillies one side open made pudi galannu fill madi one day in the sunlight, then chillies must be soaked for 3 days and finally dried in sunlight. Chillies must be deep fried in oil till dark brown-blavk colour
