Do you guys not know that these all these brothers are artists and you guys are just all jealous because they made it and you guys didn't. And I'm not just some young teenybop that has been to their concerts I would love to because they are amazing I just came across them a couple months ago when my husband and I had the covid and they got me through it. And so I started watching more videos all of you guys need to quit being haters. I've noticed mostly Young boys 13 14 I don't know the rangers exactly but young boys that are the ones that are jealous of them and everybody knows what that means. My dogs and cats love them I put the phone up so they can see him Lego crazy they sit there and they're still quite watching it and it's funny to watch them watch the video I never knew that they would animals would do that

I was actually just saying something about that earlier today. It feels like people seem to either absolutely adore AJR, or just downright hate them with every fiber of their being. There doesn’t seem to be an in-between point. Like, I see that on this review, most of the songs on the album are the favorite tracks as listed in the description (and don’t get me started on his reaction to Turning Out XD), but on another review, someone said that every single song was bad, and the whole album was a 1/10.

I don't have a problem with people constructively criticizing them, but most reviewers don't review them fairly. They go in with the full intent of hating them, so they just block out anything they like. I've even seen someone who obviously liked their music say they were "conflicted" literally stating that they only were conflicted because their friends who are reviewers all hate AJR.

@@anitaundergound Brandon Dailey Honestly, I feel it. I was lowkey sad and jealous the whole time I watched it lol. But even if you don't react to it you should for sure check it out, andreas_mishka (I think, may have spelled wrong) posted the full concert in pretty good quality (although it does change from horizontal to vertical a few times). There is so many visuals that you could not get from listening to the album alone, JJ (the guy that plays the trumpet with them live) has a really awesome part of the show where he plays different parts of different songs and it is really well put together. They also have a part of the show where they break down a song etc. And the end of the show will definitely give you chills. I was able to attend their click tour, and dont get me wrong, I loved it a ton, but this concert is something else entirely. These boys really know how to put on a show, which is why I would kill to see your reaction haha

If you didn't already know, the Overture is pretty much a mash-up of every other song in the album [minus the bonus songs]. In all honesty while Living Room was a pile of complete trash, it had the better Overture as it was more musically complex. But hey, that's just my opinion. :)

An interesting thing to point out is that all the really high backing vocals are sung by ryan, who has an amazing range. Not to say that Jack can't hit them, cuz he sings them with ryan in a couple of the acoustic versions, but the studio version is ryan singing. In come hang out acoustic, ryan sings the backing vocals with a ukelele and it's so impressive how high he can hit those notes!

This was a very pleasant surprise for me honestly. Most of the reviews and reactions that I find of them here in youtube were usually negative and weren't actual criticism. Idk, one of them complained that they were too happy or something. Some kept on comparing them to Jon Bellion and tøp. It gave me a lot of doubt on the music commentary side of youtube since there was so much negativity. I also noticed that if the band wasn't either of the two they were quick to diss on them. I mean I like Jon Bellion and tøp, but jfc. So I tried staying away from that as much as possible for months. The click has always been my favorite album from them since there was a lot of bop and fun in it. I haven't been listening to them in a while since I purge my spotify every new year and listening to pieces of them in this video kinda made my day. So, Imma go and play the whole album again now.

React to Ajr's first album - Born and Bred - its quite different from their albums nowadays and all the song have been recovered and you can find it on youtube, along with other older ajr songs you can find like ace, 212, that ain't me anymore, AJR- EP, and Eons away

Is anyone else just a little bit triggered he keeps calling the actual song a callback to overture instead of the other way round, it works better if you do the overture last

The overture's supposed to be the introduction to the album , thats why it is at the start of the album :)

He just phrases it as if they wrote overture then the other ones instead of overture being a song made of their other songs
