The presiding officer is brilliant, even when he knows you are on point he asks as if he doesn't understand so that you make it clear to the court records. You will hear him later when he announces his verdict /decision. 👌

Lot of corruption and sidelines on the Senzo Meyiwa case, That judge cannot ask Baloyi like this. And it is painful to listen to this and you see everything is fair and clear. But on Senzo's case is something else.

Now to all those that still say the proceedings in Senzo meyiwa case are normal😮this case will give them a lesson on how a normal case is handled let alone such a big case as that of Senzo bcos these two SA Icons and we should c the atmost best of the state,but all we c is rubbish

Very professional, and the judge questions both the defense and the prosecutor very rouch questions ,unlike on that soccer field, where only the defense version is scrutinized en questioned😂

This case seem very professional and the judge is someone that gives off a level of fairness. Maybe it's because we are watching it with judgment reservations wherelse that other one we have an opinion that the guys on trial are innocent

Court proceedings are not as we expect them to be, if the NPA has not issued a warrant of arrest for such person at this stage, he will remain out there. But with these 5 there is prima facie evidence against them, so him not being here does not mean it will not happen, the moment they have enough on him, he will be arrested. I hope that answers your question. I'll make an example of the case in UMlazi where a wife had his husband killed, the mastermind was known from the word go but he was arrested later.
