Beautiful music! I remember as a child that Walt Disney incorporated this into his "Fantasia" production. It still thrills my heart how it showed Satan, the prince of darkness, summoning souls, supposing that perhaps now he could overthrow the Lord. But wait ... there are the calming church bells, and God is all conquering again. Satan, once again defeated, folds his wings in disgust.

In fact were 3 cartoons with night on a bald mountain 1st-french made by russian emigrant Alexander Alexeiev 1933 2nd-Disney's Fantasia 1940 3rd-Russian Ночь на лысой горе(night on a bald mountain) 1998 Interesting, that Mussorgsky called this his music "Ivan's night on a bald mountain", because witches and dark spirits fly to the bald mountain 3 times a year-3rd on Ivan Kupala's night

Excellent performance of Night on Bald Mountain . It is a difficult piece of Mussorgsky' s music to play . Maestro Tomasiewicz is amazing . Bravo !!! Dzyakue Bardzo . The young musicians are superb .

Simply one of the finest orchestras I have ever heard! I love classical music and have heard many of the great orchestras from around the world, and they don't get much better than this.

Absolutely beautiful....your musicians are completely amazing. No better rendition exists, of course to my knowledge, of Bare Mountain but your version is superb.

David Sudale my personal favorite recording of this piece is the NY Philharmonic that’s on Apple Music but this would come in at a very very close second. Excellent performance though. I especially liked the clarinet solo.

As a kid Disney's Fantasia was one of my favorite movies. Walt's vision of inspiring the you worked on me. I dream of one day hearing this with a live orchestra.

I Poland there are a fountain of youth certainly...and amazing performers in every concert seen in HalidonMusic..Professionals even in technical good quality of the images.. About the author of the composition, i am not a fan, sorry my friends.. Keep on these way! Thanks🙏✨🌹
