@@bsam8831 actually in the manga quite a few of them live but tatsumi is kinda permanently disfigured from forcing incursio to evolve rapidly. Dude was 10x more badass in the manga

I hope she not. It's a cursed sword, ancient relic of unlimited power. She said that cleaning this sword is deadly dangerous not to survivie it's poison just because she is mc.

@@cyan2925No, it was explained that this Is Murasames Trump Card. Yes, she had some Sort of Plot Armour but in all honesty, If someone was able to Take responsibility for The killed Souls, its her. And thats what she did. It Kind of makes Sense that a cursed sword can make the owner cursed himself. If she Cut herself while cleaning, she wouldnt have been Like 'ok i Take responsibility now' so she wouldve died.

This anime has been on my watch list for literally the last 4 and a half years and I finally got around to binging it on Hulu, and despite being only 24ep it's def in my top 10. I don't think an anime has ever made me fall in love with so many characters in such a short amount of time, and all of em basically die at the end 😢. It does ease the pain a bit when the canon ending has Mine and Tatsumi surviving(albeit as a dragon) Kind of wished for more episodes to see Tatsumi revert back to his old self and for Akame to cure her curse, and for the surviving members to have a little reunion

@@sylumh she's truly passionate about what she loves however crazy that may be. But she truly loves Tatsumi and displays REAL emotions in the show. She's not MY favorite character, but she's up there as one if the best antagonists in anime

In Manga Mine is alive and she is with Tatsumi who turned into a dragon because he lost control of his teigu,Kurome is alive and she live together with Wave and Akame's teigu Murasame is broken against Esdeath in fight and she have curse all over her body which give her big pain so she started to travell and search to find a way to remove that curse and if is possible to restore Murasame in previous form.
