Clayface always *was* an actor, so it fits. For me, it's the fact that they got Jun Fukuyama to voice him. They needed someone to sell a narcissistic, melodramatic super ham? Couldn't have chosen better than Lelouch.

hes honestly the best character too, full on weeaboo embracing the isekai whch makes sence as their going with the vain actor version of his caracter so he probably sees it as a whole new stage to ham it up on

I wouldn't call that face Harley did an ahegao. It's more like a taunt. And Waller busting the moves was hilarious. I know some people don't like this kind of humor but they should've expected this from a Suicide Squad work. Waller's a very serious character so something this out-of-character just in the ED is funny. That she keeps her serious face while dancing silly is extra funny. She's not gonna be safe... in fact, she's a prime target for this kind of humor outside the story.

You need to check out Mori's stuff as her discography is huge, she started off moving from the US to took part in the underground JP rap scen, then went on to join Hololive's EN branch (And still going strong there), proving herself enough to get picked up by Universal JP & as well as do an official promo song for One Piece earlier this year!

I did not know I needed Clayface cosplaying Michael Jackson played by Lelouch vi Britannia so badly until this series came out. The ending is hysterical, I've rewatched it over and over again and watched multiple reaction videos because everyone is equally confused by it. I can't give them too much credit for the story thus far (3 episodes in) but it is perfectly serviceable and I absolutely love the characters and how they interact with each other.

16:31 That particular scene is hazier because it is a backstory. They even changed the whole art style for it. It was not done on a budget; it was done on purpose. By now I am not sure if you have seen Ep.1, just a heads up. The first few minutes of the start before the squad got isekai'd, the whole animation style gave a feel like it was an old American TV cartoon from the late 1980's. After they got isekai'd everything changed to full Japanese anime style.

Honestly... I didn't plan on watching this anyway, but after seeing the opening and ending ... Still the same. I still don't care enough to give it a watch. I had a good laugh at Waller, but that's the thing... I'm laughing AT her, not WITH her. But don't misunderstand me, nothing in particular or peculiar against anyone. I'm just not a fan of the Suicide Squad. And when it comes to Isekai, I'm basically over most of the genre save for some odd picks here and there. Anyone watching this, have fun. But not for me.

Well and also, WIT has so many projects currently that they were probably very stretched thin as a studio. At the exact same time this came out, so did another show they made My Deer Friend Nokotan. In addition, they obviously spent a lot of the past year alongside these on the Spy X Family movie that came out months ago and the upcoming new season.

DC universe going to the anime world oh boy. Like what's next DC universe going dark souls route. Yah it's weird to say attack on titan came out years ago now. If anything i think marlvel can do this i don't know i just find it weird to see DC unvierse going this route but i guess they have done anime versions before like the new batman series. But i bet not many watched that. Even i forgot about that for a hot min.
