I just found this and subscribed right away. I'm planning to play all of them for my autistic son, Nektarios. We have a lot of turmoil in our home and this brings a little peace. He's very disruptive sometimes and so he doesn't go to church as much as we like. This is the next best thing. Glory to God

The soul heals by listening and imploring Jesus, Light of those in Darkness. Thank you for publishing this. As an Orthodox Christian very sinful and fallen and as an expressive arts facilitator, I use chanted prayer to help participants focus. They add their own stichera and lines for their own private prayer. God bless you!

I listen to this prayer when I feel hopeless. I have a good cry and by the time it’s half way through, I am more calm. By the end, my tears have stopped and I am at peace again. It chases demonic despondency away. Beautiful and life saving. God bless you for sharing and thank you.

Glory to God! Yes! We have learned so much simply by praying these Akathists. Our Spiritual Father told us they were packed with info, theology, perspective, etc. How true! And then something else happens by praying. We gain a friends, triumphant and militant. Christ is born! Glory Him!

Thank you for your uploads. I love Akathists, especially the Thanksgiving one. I thought this was recorded in a studio or Church until I read about your parrot ♡ Please record him/her and give them their own play list on your channel. I was received into Orthodoxy April 1996 and have been grateful everyday since, especially through medical problems. I pray God to bless you both and grant you Many Years !! Again; Thank you
