I saw flower growers were chased away from lubigi instead of telling them not to dump the polythene bags in it but still those people have been collecting those polythene bags and use them in planting of their flowers more so the government wasted allot of money to build and construct the lubigi charnel from bwaise to kawaala but still nothing changed due to bottles and polythene bags the flower growers have been helping in collecting the silting soils to plant their flowers lastly when you buy bottled water they put a rubbish basket on them but I have never seen any water bottling company having a container on the streets of Kampala and other cities or towns in Uganda so KCCA can't you laiasin with those companies to save the environment? Don't you see that the revenue you get from those companies still use it to collect garbage?
