This poetry speaks about the importance of being alone. Today people are so afraid to be alone with themselves. Because they feel emptiness from inside that's why they try ty to fill that emptiness with material things and people. But nothing works out instead it creates anxiety, stress, depression. Because, they depend on outside for their happiness. As we all know that that everything in this world is temporary. so you can't rely on external factors to be happy and fulfilled. That's where solitude comes. Yes! One of the greatest benefits of spending time alone is how it helps you develop a better understanding of who you are. The more you know and understand yourself the more likely you are to do things that you love, learn things that interest you and spend time with people who make you feel good.
