The thing of pitching the pose doesn't work for adults, it only works with children 2month to 2 yrs old, how I know is that I and my siblings were all born with veeerry flat and small cute noses, the only part where there was a bump is just the nose hole part, so my grandma when I was born used to lightly massage the bridge of our nose in a pinch-like way and she also did same with all my siblings and noses and that's how we ended up with normal noses, not pointy or narrow but our nose bridge came out a lot from the light pinching when we were babies and she stopped pinch-massaging them to come out when we turned about 2yrs old coz at that age it won't work anymore.. And yes, even though now we have normal nose bridge, our entire nose is still small and cute
