You are wrong, she stopped dating Calvin I think May 2016 and started with Joe in October of the same year. This song was released almost 1 year later, so yes, this is about Joe Alwyn

She met Joe wayyyy earlier than their relationship became official, and this song is most likely referencing that first meeting when she was still with Calvin (who was definitely the one in the club). And she had the Tom Hiddleston getaway car interlude before the Joe relationship became "official."
