Home to 37 million people, Tokyo is the worlds largest city. It’s a city of contrast. Bustling city streets with loud music and neons juxtaposed to peaceful zen temples. Overflowing with people, yet so friendly, clean, and hardly any crime. Everything is efficient and works on time. I fell in love with this city in 2017, so I came back for a month to see what it was like to live here. I slowly explored each part of the city to give you some insight on the best places to see on your tour of Japan. In part 1 I take you to the Tokyo Skytree, Asakusa, Ueno, and Akihabara, and here’s how it went…

I love your video! Me and my gf are planning on staying in Asakusa as well this December. Just curious, did you just walk to Sky tree, Senso-ji, Ueno and Akihabara? Or were you taking the train to get there? And would you happen to know if it's too cold to walk in December? Thanks a lot for your help. *okay I just finished your video, so you just walked to get to these places, right? How long does it take to get from Sky Tree to Akihabara?

Thank you very much for sharing. Is Asakusa a good home base to explore Tokyo?
