One of the many reasons I love Akira is that she doesn't put on that high-pitched voice that many Japanese girls use, and she also doesn't try to make her voice overly low-pitched in hopes of sounding like a man. Instead, she disregards any gender role of society, and her beautiful natural voice and natural self shines through, and she does not seem to be a fake plastic doll, as many others in the Japanese music industry. I think she honestly acts like herself at all times.

This song doesn't make me sad, it makes me tired because it's like a lullaby, and it's my favorite song from the show besides Lacrimosa (can't spell XXD) And yes I'm here from Black Butler (A cookie for anyone who came because of the show)

Even thought Kuroshitsuji's openings are epic their endings are on another level

I'm confused as to why everyone is unsure about her gender. I didn't even know she cross dressed until I read the comments. To me, the name AKIRA sounds very feminine so I automatically assumed she was female, that and her voice. It turns out I was right, but even after watching this video I never once considered her being a male.

literally one of the prettiest songs i’ve ever heard

I don't know why, but this song elicits a particularly melancholy reaction from me. Something about the ending animation too, I suppose. The way Ciel dutifully walks towards the empty, cold bathtub without any resistance or emotions, as if accepting the cruel fate he has chosen for himself.
