We've crafted a song that embodies the heart and soul of Akira Toriyama and his epochal masterpiece, "Dragon Ball Z". This work of art has not only shaped our childhood but also ignited our dreams and imagination. Together with Anbu Monastir, we've poured the depths of our admiration into every note, every word, and every chord, releasing it in German. Faced with overwhelming resonance and boundless love for this song, we've decided to translate it into the language of the world: English. Now, as Animetrix has brought the song to life with passion and dedication, it's more than just a tribute. It's an ode to the unforgettable memories given to us through the power of art, and a bow to the genius that has gifted us the world of "Dragon Ball Z".

Lyrics: [Verse 1] Writing this song for you, is the greatest honor. We were just simple kids, but Goku made us stronger. Dragon Ball taught so many values as a child. But the hero of our childhood flew too soon into the sky. [Verse 2] I would love to collect the seven balls and ask the dragon. "To bring you back to life, it is not yet time for heaven" I swear you'll stay forever as a part in our hearts. You've become a legend, and now you shine as the biggest star. [Verse 3] The news of your passing brings the whole world to tears. As the legendary Super Saiyans light appears. THANK YOU, Toriyama for the beautiful time. I hope to share your story one day with the children of mine. [Verse 4] The greatness of your mind, for what you have left behind, you deserve the best when you have arrived in paradise. An honored place reserved - the gates are open wide, Enma Dayo waits for your arrival at the portal side. [Chorus] Rise up to the stars that shine so bright.. You raised us, so we can win the fight.. You made this world a better place.. Thanks to your story of the Dragon Balls

When no one was there, parents, friends, siblings, anyone. Dragon ball was. And the series was just so replay-able, and I bought all the games i could. Every day since i was 8 i would just play xenoverse again and again because of the story and attacks i can do. I've never been more excited to play a game that wasn't dbz kakarot. And the anime itself breathes so much life into me. I'll never lose the memories even when i'm older. The games, anime, and theme song has been a staple for me, who i am, and every dragon ball fan out there.

Dude, this is so awesome and heartfelt. It can't be understated how much Toriyama's works have influenced the world for the better, bringing common ground among people of many different cultures, to laugh, to inspire, to share a common culture around a little monkey boy who went on many adventures and grew along with us. In this sad time, I feel a sense of peace that he won't be forgotten, and welcomed my own little one into the world this week. I've had time to reflect a little bit on life and what these works mean. It has a strong appeal in its art, story, characters, humor, culture of martial arts and self-discipline, and it's these works that act as medium for human beings to connect with relatable experiences. I will most definitely share these with my child. If we both like it, it can continue to be a way to connect us. I'm a sucker for sentimental things, but this was the first time I legit cried for a celebrity death. If he hadn't made a huge influence on the world, at least he did on me and my brothers. I'm sad we will never see him make new works again, but it's time for the new generation perhaps to keep it going. Look at how he inspired other manga artists, and just people in general. Let's all make and enjoy great works of art together in the future. :)

Some may see Dragon Ball has just entertainment and that’s a huge understatement. It not only brought us a whole world of ideas, it made a impact that many have tried to replicate, it inspired many stories and it taught us to never give up and face the challenge head on. Dragon Ball is an incredible story that will never be forgotten till the end of time. As someone who grew up with Dragon Ball back when Kai was airing and playing Raging Blast 2, this song hits home to me. Dragon Ball has changed my life, Goku was more than a character, he was a motivational figure to me, he taught me to never give up, face the challenge and always push beyond my limits no matter what came to me. Thank you for everything Akira Toriyama and farewell. Till we meet again.

"This is one of the best tribute covers I have seen for the legendary Akira Toriyama, who gave many of us some of the best moments of our lives with his amazing stories. May he rest in eternal peace. He will never be forgotten. To be honest, if it weren't for Dragon Ball, I would have likely never gotten into anime since where I grew up, anime wasn't exactly promoted much, if at all. But I remember seeing Dragon Ball on some channel and being captivated by the beautiful openings, amazing storytelling, and heartwarming tones. I truly believe that it helped me become a better person while also showing me how beautiful anime can be. The world truly lost a brilliant soul that filled this world with such brilliant light."
