In this video I am going to share with you a very tasty and crispy shakkarpara recipe made of wheat-millet, in which I have used dry fenugreek seeds along with routine spices, which makes this shakkarpara more healthy, you can make it and store it for 15-20 days. If you can try , you will definitely like this shakkarpara, then you must try it.
Ingredients :
1.5 cup Wheat flour
1.5 cup Bajra flour
2 tbsp Dry Fenugreek seeds
3-4 tbsp Jaggery/ Sugar
1 tbsp Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Salt or As per taste
Juice of 1 lemon
3 tbsp Oil
Water as needed
