This is a full room tour of a value one bedroom villa at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge: Jambo House. This is a DVC room, but it can be booked through the Walt Disney World website as well. Our room number was 5136.
This value one bedroom villa is smaller than a regular one bedroom villa and only sleeps up to 4 adults instead of 5 like the regular 1 bedroom villas. It is cheaper point-wise though which is why it's usually completely booked. You can't choose a view for these rooms, but we were lucky enough to get a savanna view which we were happy about.

Your room tours are always a big help to me! I got lucky and booked a value 1 bedroom at Jambo House for a trip next year! I don't know why, but I'm excited by the balcony being spread across both the living area and the bedroom.

Room 5136!, my wife and I stayed in that exact same room with my brother and his wife...yeah, in the evening we saw a lot of the animals while sitting on that balcony. You got a really good room.

I’m staying at Saratoga Springs for a special occasion and I was wondering if Disney can do anything to make it more magical. Any advice?

Normally, you could order an in-room celebration from Disney Floral and Gifts but that service is currently unavailable because of the pandemic. It looks like the specialty cakes can still be pre-ordered at select restaurants but I don't know if you plan to eat at any table service restaurants during your trip. You could also schedule a photo session through Disney Fine Art Photography. Have a great trip!

When you book a stay, you can always let them know in the comments it’s for a special occasion. There’s no guarantees they can do anything, but it doesn’t hurt to let them know. The other way to let them know is by asking for a button to celebrate when you’re at the front desk. 😊
