It is so good to see that you have kept up the tradition of cooking our local foods for your family in a time when a lot of our people get absorbed into relying on processed foods when they migrate because of reasons such as working several jobs and no time to cook and perhaps a lack of local ingredients in their area. Your family and friends are very lucky to have you around and also after looking at your vlogs we see that the girls also know how to cook Trini style food. You should be extremely proud to have kept up the Trini traditions and to have also imparted it to your children.
