Ingredients
Drumsticks 250 gram
Salt 1 tsp
Pinch of turmeric
Water 2 glass
Wheat flour 1.5 cup
1/4 cup gram flour
Oil 2 tbsp
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
Salt as required
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Pinch of asafoetida
1/4 cup green coriander leaves
1 inch grated ginger
1/4 cup ravo ,for dusting puri
Oil for frying
Serve with tea or coffee
