Rawlings also came to power as a military man for 11years and a civilian for 8years sum up to 19 years he and the fear that the citizens have in him he could have used that fear to make serious transition in this country but what happened, that time Tsatsu Tsikata, Ahoi family,, PV Obeng and like are in office making negotiation with IMF so you can say a certain tribe do this or do that.
