hello guys note 1 kg yakhni pulao recipe for home kitchen.
cooking oil.....250g
tumarind. imli. 5-7 pecs
ginger garlic paste 2 tbl spn
tomato 250g
green chilli paste 3 tbl spn
pulao garam masala 2 tbl spn mix
tender beef boneless 1 kg
mint coriander leaves 3 tbl spn
water 5glass(2glassbeef tender stock3glass normal water)
rice 1 kg sella rice 1121 soaked 3-4 hours
food color lequaid 5 tbl spn or 1 tea spn powder with 5 tbl spn water mix well and add on.
make this spicy and juicy yakhni pulao and enjoy with your beloved family and remember us in your pray.
