Wow what soul brother. I remember as a kid. Pulled off a reservation in the 60s and put in a housing projects. we had our tribal songs. These brothers taught us something so good to the soul it was a easy transformation to soul music. The 60s and 70s the great spirit sent us a whole bunch of this spiritual singers this is one of them. Some day I'm meet this man. He reminds me of the kids I grew up with. I remember when I first heard this, Think it was 1971 in the UK. A little village called Idle, Yorkshire the White Swan Pub. The juke box was in the pool room so it was Ideal for us under age. Holding my pint of mixed I stood at the the juke box trying to choose between Bernadette by the Four Tops or Shotgun by Jr. Walker but somehow I was enticed to Tired of Being Alone. The moment the intro started I was hooked
