That friend of mine that gave me a sample of Kurkdjian, also gave me two different samples of Creed Adventus. Honestly, yes it smells good to me, but then didn’t stay consistent and faded away within about 2-3 hours. At least for me anyhow. The seven different Creed fragrances that I had back in the early 2000’s held up much better and longer.

I still have to do more testing with Aventus before making a video on it. So far I found that Aventus cologne lasts longer. Creed EROLFA is still my favourite of the house.

@JOHN-ROBERT I totally agree with you.👍 I'm having the same issues. My bottom of L'aventure does not perform at all. It starts off strong for the first hour then it quickly fades into a skin scent and then it fades away to no scent. Mines last up to 4 hours. I heard that this fragrance gets better with time. I ordered a bottle of L'aventure intense. Hopefully it performs better.🤞

Hello, how long does this perfume last in terms of its smell in the air and how long it stays on the body and clothes?

Hey this is a pretty long lasting fragrance. Good projection for roughly 5 hours and longevity is 8-9 hours for me. On clothes it would last much longer

Thanks! Great question, at this point we can't go back, it's an intoxicating DNA with a toxic price. It would be hard to tell people to stop making their own version.

I don’t get all of the positive reviews I’ve seen on Al Haramain L'Aventure cologne. I just bought it a few days ago because of all the positive reviews I’d seen online. Given the price point, I didn’t really have high expectations, so I was willing to be fairly forgiving of any shortcomings. However, L’Aventure is the worst cologne I’ve ever owned - by far. For me, it started out smelling like a lemon-scented cleaning agent and quickly dissipated into nothing within around 30 minutes or so. I can’t find one redeeming quality in this cologne. If I were given the choice to buy a gallon of the stuff for a dollar or just burn the dollar, I’d burn the dollar. It wouldn’t be any more of a waste. I suppose I could use my current bottle as a paperweight that doubles as a fingerprint display.

Sorry to hear you don't enjoy it. oddly enough it's probably my most complimented scent to date. I'm still not a big proponent of clones though.

I think this is the only “clone” I’ve ever purchased and the only reason I purchased it was because of the overwhelming positive reviews. The vast majority of the reviews were positive. In fact, I came across your review as I was looking at reviews again (post-purchase) because I was curious to see if others had experiences similar to mine. I don’t typically buy fragrances without any exposure to them and I really wanted to like it. Perhaps I just got a dud or something.

@@mrrichtalks It was sold and shipped by Amazon (as opposed to Amazon Marketplace). It was my first time ordering fragrances with them. I made sure that I was buying from Amazon and not a marketplace seller because I didn’t want to get duped with a counterfeit. I typically try to buy fragrances from either a well-known reputable source or directly from the manufacturer, but doing so wasn’t really an option with the L’Aventure. I bought D&G Light Blue on the same order and it was fine.
