No refund after dozens of emails along with countless tweets and chats on instagram. Two years later they still ignore me after they have asked for my e ticket number. Horrendous way to treat customers.

Here I am again, asking for what is mine by right. I wish I could keep my cool but it’s been 3 years that I’ve been trying to get my money back. This company is operated by a bunch of thieves that have no respect for their costumers. You should be ashamed for keeping my money and so many others for so many years. I demand my refund once again. 3 years it has been. I will take legal measures otherwise. Shame on you. This is the reason why companies like Qatar Airways, Emirates and Etihad Airways are, andwill always be, ahead of you. I have exchanged multiples emails so far with no resolution. Please advice on how to proceed once again for my refund. I will post this message on all your social media until this issue is resolved. Shame!
