I had the privilege of seeing Jimmy Durante “In person” in 1968. He could keep up with the youngsters on stage. I’m so blessed to have grown up in the 40’s & 50’s.

@Grampy - Jimmy was on the Kraft show several times with Jolson, and each one is a gem. Check this channel for some other appearances. Thanks for the invite. I signed on years ago. BTW, I got my first paying job in 1957, first paycheck I ran to the local record store and bought my first Jolson LP. I still have them all plus. Thank you for maintaining the Jolson web and keeping the voice alive. It’s amazing the youngsters who are discovering Jolson.
