I too prefer the cls but the a7 is a really nice car as well, I always loved audis lights and interiors but they are not as good as the merc's !

Audi has more toys. But Mercedes has Independed suspension with rear wheel drive - better for handling.

I would take this one. I don't like the A7 with the hatchback trunk, the curve at the back is less curvy and more squareish and does not look sporty at all IMO.

Over all bang for your buck I say A7. The tech in that car makes the CLS look dated.
