Luke sometimes falls into the trap of thinking that if we don’t have a 5 star first rounder 1-40 then we’re falling off 😂. No staff would take the time to go into the portal and offer a kid if they didn’t think that kid could contribute right away. This move is no different than Saban signing a JUCO player that ends up being a top contributor. Jones is an experienced corner with P5 experience. That alone makes him a top 30 player on this team, especially considering the position he plays.

Jalen Milroe’s availability to the media I think is also definitely helping to personalize him to a lot of fans as well, very good point about the new culture and what it might do for the players NIL the fans acquaintance with the players.

Arnold is the most friendly and talkative player I've met since Tony Brown. Tony is by far the nicest Bama player I've met that'd just sit and talk you about life or anything

Playing Corner in our Defense starting this season is going to be a WHOLE lot different than it has been....It could hardly BE any different...Our concepts in our backend are ALL completely different because OUR defense is COMPLETLY different in a lot of ways on all 3 levels ......Dont let people tell you differently. Some similarities up front in alignment techniques,and our ILB's are still going to be asked to attack the LOS...But there a helluva lot of differences....

Deshawn jones had already loss his starting position at wake forest. He was splitting reps with a freshman that’s why he transferred. Go watch the Clemson game you’ll see a guy #1 subbing in for Deshawn jones.
