I'm so glad to see Jalen coming out of his head, letting go of that ball, and ripping it, reception or interception! Way to go Jalen! I'm so proud of both him and Tua, helping and encouraging each other, like teammates should do for their team! It's actually a beautiful thing to watch! Hope it rubs off! ROLL TIDE ANYWAY AND ALWAYS!

Arkansas St has some players. That punter is straight from NASA! Maybe the best I've seen Jalen throw the ball, including a couple that were exceptional! I can't figure out how Tua gets down to the end zone so fast to hug Jalen after a touchdown. It's like he was in on the play. What a couple of great kids! Their parents must be very proud of them.

The old saying competition breeds excellence is truly showing with Jalen. These are some of his best passes of his career. If Tua wasn't there I don't see him attempting these throws.

Well can't really judge improvement much from play ark st. He's never had problem with teams like that. It's when he plays solid d that he can't move the ball

Way to go Jalen. Just go play and don't worry about the future. Do your thing when called upon and do the right thing and all that will work out. It's great to have two great quarterbacks. Again, good job and congrats.

Wish the media would realize sooner rather than later that Jalen doesn't want (or need) to red shirt this year. Is there much doubt that the improvement we're seeing in his passing game is because of this competition with Tua? Is there any truer mark of a great competitor than that he thrives off competition? All these guys want to get on to the NFL. Between what he proved the previous two years, what he can prove from the second spot this year and with the remaining possibility of a grad transfer situation as a last resort, what's he going to prove with even ANOTHER year after that?

Arkansas state were out of there league. However Arkansas State they are the best in sun belt. I give them a lot of credit.

RedSkaal Ole Miss does but playing SIU exposes their main weakness...defense. Look for Saban to unleash an explosive offense while pushing the defense to execute at a higher level to take away their offensive scheme. RTR

Najee Harris looks like Adrian Peterson and Tua reminds me of Russell Wilson. I hope O State can meet Bama in the title game so our dline can beat up the Bama oline. Its lookin a little shaky there at times.

I did not like what I seen from this game the o-line is not blocking to many missed tackles on the defense not a good game for Alabama and plus I defense of front can I get any penetration

Is it just me or have we had a worthless kicker during the whole Saban era? Seems to me we've lost about 6 games due to missed FG's. Why can't the best recruiter in the country land a decent Kicker? This has baffled me for years...

Johnny Reb Lee Tiffin was the one kicker during Saban’s era that set records during 08-09 season. Bama supposedly has obtained the #1 kicker commit in the country for the 2019 season. So I’m hopeful bc it’s been a mess. I actually miss Adam Griffith.

Jeremiah mann Jalen has faced tough defenses over the past 2 years and has played well enough to win every game except last year. He also played well enough to beat Clemson in the title game a couple years ago but for the X factor Deshaun Watson, which came down to 1 second.
