They did a great job with the head molds, the dolls look similar to the actors without that creepy uncanny valley effect (like the beauty and the beast dolls, eugh). The dolls themselves are extremely cheap looking though, shame. The articulated Jasmine is the nicest of the bunch, love the outfit and rooted eyelashes!

Are you going to try to make a doll room using the backdrops from the boxes? That would probably be pretty cool. If you used dowels or styrofoam cylinders, you could have them be "pillars" and cover up the "seams" where the boxes join, and then make a faux railing between the pillars - like they're looking out at the scenery from the room. Then make a fancy chaise longue-type couch with pillows with tassels and maybe sheer fabric as veil-like curtains. Stuff like that.

If you're really really really careful, you can swap the legs without breaking them. Then you'll have one Jasmine be fully articulated.

I think that the Genies are the best of those dolls. The others are ok for little kids, but I’ll wait for new Aladdin & Jasmine dolls from the Disney store. I don’t like the sculpted clothes nor hats. I would like the pink outfit in Barbie size.

I hate how toy brands now a days are so cheap. They have literally not good articulation. And all of their clothes are molded on. And if the clothes aren’t molded on, then everything is down together.... like a skirt and top will be sewn together to make a dress.... sorry for going off on a rant... loved this video it’s just annoying that Doll brands have gotten so cheap.
