oh shit he plays the drums! Drumming and nutrition are also my passions. I find that a Ray Peat sort of high sugar diet is awesome for death metal drumming. I tried low carb and I wasn't nearly as fast and my endurance sucked. Glycogen is what you need for fast, endurance drumming

It's been Pedialyte for me during the gig, I eat afterwards, usually don't eat anything 6 to 8 hours before the performance. IBS makes you adjust a few things.
