@@douglemay7989 At this point I actually thing the prosecution and judge are on trial. There is now zero credible evidence that trump falsified business records and hid it. Verbal testimony given by a man that has been proven to be a liar in the past and present is the only evidence offered by the prosecution that shows a crime was committed. The judge should issue a directed verdict. The prosecution has no case. Shame on NY.

They were not selected for integrity. There probably was a "stacked deck" to begin with. One can only hope that some ONE will do the right thing. Or someone got in , and had their support. Which means someone who had voted Dem changed their view in the last three years. Did anyone check what the jury members voting record is? Some states note it as a matter of record.

The law in NY allows the judge to prohibited or permit cameras and broadcasting as he sees fit. Merchan has decided no broadcasting or live-streaming - yet the judge has gagged Trump and no one else. Cohen is posting on X every day about Trump and the case, everyone else is free to talk to the media and the main stream media is free to report this with as much spin and bias as they like, which they are doing.

The prosecution doesn't have to make a case because if it gets to the jury, the biased jury will vote guilty. It will have to be overturned on appeal.
