Allen GreenspAn is a very knowledgeable man. It would behoove our nation if our officials would listen to him. His book The Age of Turbulence is really good also. I really enjoyed reading it. I learned a lot of things I never knew from it. Thank you Mr. GreenspAn for writing it.

That's.where you are wrong numb one, you're elected officials not following-prudential discretionary frugal recommendations in regards to advise or admonishment on domestic and foreign monetary policies on debt/equity ratios on counter cyclical buffered capital.

Hey numb nuts you're wrong, our elected officials have almost no athourity over the actions of the FED greenspan said it himself. Mark is right, more capitol less debt is the solution, but instead greenspan's FED further indebted the U.S while the Fed's 12 stakeholder banks continue to hoard the nations capitol I honestly hope this is a joke but if you really think Alan is a wise and noble man that should have been listened to more, you need to check you're morals and find out whats really happening

Memo To Alan: The FED is the real problem. Under the FED mandate and your "leadership" you failed to regulate the banks...yep, that was your job! You allowed the Bankers to run amuck, you! Now the country is saddled with a massive debt that the FED holds and the country or taxpayer is responsible for. You are now heralded as the "Maestro" when in fact you had your chance to say what you are saying in front of the Congress; however, you simply said, your "models" failed you....give me a break, now you are sitting here rewriting history! What a fool!!
